The hotel staff were cute and warm, and the whole building was charming, fresh, clean, and beautiful. I loved that most of the best restaurants were within a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions.

The shower had low water pressure, a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine in the room instead of just 2-in-1 coffee powder.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a luxurious experience in the heart of the city. the service was exceptional, and all my exclusive needs were fulfilled. I was impressed with the in-room massage and the full body massage at the spa, as well as the delicious buffet breakfast with high quality selections and attention to detail. The private facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Cons: the only minor issue I had was that the live entertainment in the bar area was a bit too loud for my taste. this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had the most good stay at a fine hotel in the heart of a historic city. From the moment we arrived, the staff were great too make us feel welcome. The valet service was a great convenience, and the room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, and the historic ballroom where it was served added to the elegant atmosphere. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, with all the main attractions just minutes away. We seemed like we were living like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.
